I did a DVD in 1995 called “Destruction Cometh!” God was telling us that He was going to release “Hell on Earth,” slowly-but-surely because America (and the world) had it coming. If one was to make a chronological list of the terrors, destruction/disaster, and distresses that have come upon this nation alone, you would become a believer in the Prophetic Word of the Lord. While it is true that some things happen that God did not/does not ordain (although He oversees the whole world) as judgment, He has and He continues to pour out His WRATH, His FURY, His INDIGNATION.
Hell-On-Earth!
We cannot deny the hand behind the TDD that is currently happening in LA, California, et al. We all know just how UNgodly California can be and IS! My wife is a native of California we both started ACMTC in Sacramento, California in 1981, was severely persecuted in that city until we left for OR in 1989 (see our PX2 Files). But the Spirit kept giving us His Word – California would pay for their HATRED for His Word and His people. As I write this article CA is under GREAT TDD!!! Others are saying the very same thing! California is under the judgment/punishment of Almighty God! … For their ABOMINATIONAL lifestyles. Yes, it is true.
TDD
Solomon penned Proverbs. Let us take a look at Proverbs chapter 1:
vs.10 he singles out “sinners”
vs.11 they were shedders of blood
vs.12 … swallow them alive
vs.13 … theft of possessions
vs.14 … wanted the innocent to join them
vs.15 … “Do not walk with them”
vs.16 “… their feet run to evil, to shed blood”
vs.17 “.. their net is spread”
vs.18 “… they lie in wait”
vs.19 “… greedy for gain”
vs.22 “… scorners/fools hate knowledge”
vs.25 “… you disdained counsel”
vs.26 “… I (God) will laugh at your calamity, mock when your terror comes” (see my article on this, posted)
vs.27 “… when terror comes like a storm, … destruction comes like a whirlwind, when distress comes upon you.”
Verse 27 we find God saying He will send TERROR like a storm!; Destruction will come like a whirlwind!; Distress and anguish He will send!
Why?
Simple, these ones HATED God’s knowledge! These ones did not and would not fear the LORD! These ones did not heed his counsel! These ones despised His every rebuke! “Therefore they shall eat the fruit of their own way, and be filled to the FULL with their own fancies” (v.29-31).
Not only was God going to deal HARSHLY with those doing such evil things, but also to those who were complacent. California has always been a state of such. Under the current regime of “pretty boy” Newsom (some call him New-SCUM!) CA government, this spells TDD!!!
Men may have their own opinions on all this but one thing is for sure: California is BURNING! It is getting a taste of HELL-on-Earth, the very HELL they have mocked. Just lately some have made the claim (at a Hollywood event) that they are PAGAN! Fine. Don’t boo hoo over your loss. Stop crying over your houses/possessions being INCINERATED!
Tertullian (160-230 A.D.)
This fiery (pun intended) Christian writer (from Carthage N. Africa) wrote numerous apologies (esp. against heretics of his day) wrote this about disasters:
“Why can they not take it in, that their EVILS come from the Being whose goodness they have failed to recognize?” The “EVILS” are those judgments/punishments sent by God. No doubt he was alluding to what Isaiah wrote; which I have written articles on and preached about:
“I am the LORD, and there is no other; there is no God besides Me” (Isaiah 45:5); “I form the light and create calamity; I, the LORD, do all these things” (NKJV, 45:7).
The RSV says “… I make the weal and create woe”; the NIV reads; “I bring prosperity and create disaster”; the KJV reads: “I make peace and create evil.” What? The loving, forgiving God creates “EVIL?” Yep! Sure does! … But only physical not moral evil. The Hebrew word is “ra”/ “raa” (a prim root meaning “to spoil (lit. by breaking to pieces)” (or burning up!); fig. “to make good for nothing, i.e. bad, afflict, break down, do harm, hurt, do mischief, punish, vex, bring distress, grief, harm, misery, sorrow, trouble” (see also “rea” /”raah” – crash, war, noise etc. (see my articles for more info.).
So, my dear “God does not punish!” folks, are we going to call Him a liar? (I have several complete pubs put together on the “Wrath of God”/ “Red Alert” (“όργή” / “θυμός”) = “Operation Devastation!” God, in NO WAY, is pictured in Scripture as Author of sin.
Tertullian Continued
“… they suffer at the hand of Him to whom they have been ungrateful. And, for all that is said, if we compare the calamities of former times, they fall on us more lightly now, since God gave Christians to the world. For from that time virtue put some restraint on the world’s wickedness, and men began to pray for the averting of God’s WRATH.” (197 A.D. 3:48).
Proverbs 1:27
Another version reads:
“When your fear cometh as DESOLATION, and your DESTRUCTION cometh as a whirlwind; when DISTRESS and ANGUISH cometh upon you.”
No matter how v.27 is worded; TERROR, DESTRUCTION, DISTRESS, or DESOLATION, all = CALAMITY/EVIL.
CA is under SEVERE calamity. Will this fire (fires) be followed up with the predicted earthquake? I know this, God is fed up with all this PC/WOKE/DEI BS!!! He is fed up with the mockers and scoffers. He is fed up with politicians (and preachers) who use and abuse the innocent. All across this nation disaster after disaster has occurred. Crime is OUT OF CONTROL and will continue as the illegals are crossing into America by the millions – all under the Biden/Harris watch. I’m not saying Trump will be or is America’s redeemer, but I will say he and his admin want to rid this nation of the “evils” that are literally killing us! The dem party is the problem! Now we have terrorists all over the nation, waiting to terrorize and destroy. If you go back to our early days in Sacramento, CA, read our Battle Cry magazines, our other pubs, listen to our taped/videoed messages, you’ll see that we’ve been crying out against all this evil (moral)/physical/social/religious), despite the back-slidden church and the state government trying to SILENCE us.
“Your DESTRUCTION COMETH!!”
Destruction: (Hebrew, “eyd”), in the sense of bending down, oppression, misfortune, ruin, calamity, from “uwd” (unused root) meaning to rake together; a poker (for turning or gathering EMBERS): fire! Who do you think is turning embers in LA right now? Yes, yes I know, it is so and so. But the Lord’s Spirit has told us that it is He who had done this. Get mad, call us hateful – won’t change what He is doing or stop what He will do yet. Be assured He wants repentance not pity. How long do you think God will tolerate all this PC/woke/DEI BS before He acts? We remember Sodom and Gomorrah and the cities around them (filled with sexual immorality), DESTROYED!!! Well all know what goes on in and around Hollywood don’t we? S/G had NO Bibles… LA, CA. has plenty but hardly ever reads or practiced what the Bible teaches. It goes without saying there are some true witnesses in the basin/state that are praying/witnessing/prophesying. We’re with all of you who preach/teach/witness for Christ… enduring what we’ve endured (since 1981), persecutions, prosecution, and prison. We are still under threat as I write this.
Tertullian Continued
“In a word, when the summer clouds give no rain, and the season is a matter of anxiety, you indeed offer up to Jupiter your rain sacrifices. Yet, you are full of feasting day-by-day, and ever eager for the banquet, baths, taverns, and brothels.” Wow! Sounds like California’s PC/woke/DEI/LGBTQ folks. He continues: “It is true that you force barefoot processions on the people. You see heaven at the Capitol, and you look up to the temple ceilings for the longed for clouds. Yet, God and heaven are not in all your thoughts.”
This last statement reminds me of what Genesis 6:5 says about those before the Great Flood: “Then the LORD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only EVIL CONTINUALLY.” How did God feel about His created creatures? “The Lord was SORRY that He had made man… He was GRIEVED in His heart” (v.6).
Do you think He is GRIEVED in His heart at all the EVIL in America, in California in the world? Have we forgot what He did? The Great Flood DESTROYED by FIRE! Peter tells us that the Day of the LORD will come in which the elements will melt with FERVENT HEAT (2 Peter 3:10). Daily we see whole cities/towns BURNING up – no rain, no water.
Tertullian Continues
“In contrast, we Christians are dried up with fasting (we’ve done many short and long fasts). Our passions are tightly bound up. We hold back from all the ordinary enjoyments of life, as long as possible. We roll in sackcloth and ashes and assail heaven with our cries. Thereby, we touch God’s heart. Yes, once we have extorted divine compassion, why, Jupiter get all the honor!” (197 A.D. 3:48)
Lactantius (250-325 A.D.) once wrote:
“The patience of God is very great and most useful. Nevertheless, although patient, He punishes the guilty and does not allow them to proceed further – once He sees that they are incorrigible” (304 A.D., 7:277).
There are some that are giving their lives to God thru this fiery ordeal in California. This is His intent – men/women/children be saved. My personal feelings have no place in this ordeal at hand. We here pray for those “under fire” to be redeemed.
This is an incendiary message for this “Mess Age.” Some say the fires are purposed by the Left, one thing we do know, negligence played a BIG ROLE in them.
Incendiary: having to do with the willful destruction of property by fire; causing or designed to cause fires; willfully stirring up strife, riot, rebellion;
Whatever the case may be, lots of TERROR, DISASTER, and DISTRESS to go around. We also know, according to Peter, “The Lord is… long-suffering… not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance” (2 Peter 3:9). But the offender must do the repenting: God does the forgiving.
Repent: Greek, “metanoeo,” meaning, to think differently or afterwards, reconsider, to transform (metamorphose), change heart/mind.
Wrath: see Jeremiah 6:10-15; John 3:36; Romans 2:5-8; Colossians 3:6; Revelations 14:10
